Most repairs take less than 2 hours, though some complicated repairs may take up to 48 hours to complete.

Will I lose any of my important data while giving my device for repair?

We will take all the necessary steps to backup your important data & information. You just need to provide us your login details to take a cloud backup of your device safely.

What kind of repair parts do you use in repairs?

We use genuine OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts wherever possible. Our repair parts strike the best balance of cost, availability, function, reliability, and durability.

Can you send your repair technicians to home or office to repair our device?

Yes, you can book an on-site repair though our website here: [link to site] and one of our technicians will get in touch with you to schedule an on-site repair.

Do you offer hard drive and SSD installations?

We offer SSD upgrades, and the cost for it can be calculated as:
Cost of Drive + $60 Labor & Data Transfer Fee.

What sort of warranty do you offer on repairs?

We offer customers 60 days warranty on all of our repairs.

Do you repair gaming consoles or install home security cameras?

We repair most game consoles and handhelds brought in of the Playstation, Xbox and Nintendo brands.

We do not work on installing home security cameras.

Do you provide onsite emergency services?

Yes. We offer 24-hour repair services to all our corporate business clients.
