How do I schedule an appointment?
You can book online through our website, call us at (702) 399-8808, or message us through the patient portal. We typically have availability within a week and offer morning and evening appointments to fit your schedule.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring your insurance card, photo ID, and any recent medical records from previous doctors. We'll also ask you to complete our intake form, which you can download from our New Patients page before your visit.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans. Check our Insurance & Billing page for details, or call our office to verify your coverage. We're happy to answer billing questions before your appointment.
Do you offer bilingual services?
